Help and Information FAQ - Ask Us Question 1.  What if the measurements are wrong? Answer:  The Cabinets are ordered in accordance with the cabinet list provided to us.  We are NOT responsible for errors. Question 2.  What if the cabinets are damaged? Answer:  The manufacturer is liable for the replacement of cabinets damaged in shipment or not up to standard. Question 3.  Who can I hire to install the cabinets? Answer:  You are free to hire any qualified cabinet installer in your area.  If you are in the Tampa Bay area, we can provide you with a short list of qualified installers. Question 4.  How long does it take for the manufacturer to send me my order? Answer:  The cabinets will be delivered approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the order is received and confirmed by the manufacturer.  *Note Kraftmaid and Best Buy Kitchens are not responsible for delays in shipment due to circumstances beyond our control. (Ex. Weather) Question 5.  Will the cabinets be delivered to the curb or will they be brought to a designated area inside the premises? Answer:  The cabinets will be delivered up to a 2nd floor location.  There will be an additional charge of $150 if the cabinets must be delivered to a location above the 2nd floor. Question 6.  Do I have to be at home when the cabinets are delivered? Answer:  Someone must be at the delivery address to accept and sign for the cabinets. Question 7.  How much money can I save with Best Buy Kitchens? Answer:  You can expect to save between 5% to 10% on Kraftmaid cabinets with Best Buy Kitchens.  We guarantee the lowest prices. Question 8.  What if I am not confident that I can measure correctly? Answer:  If you are not proficient is measuring your kitchen, the showroom will send someone to your home to measure.  They will charge a fee for this service.  If you are located in the Tampa Bay area, we will charge you $100 to measure your kitchen.
